Development Lotteries Board Awards Rs. 127.77 Million in Prize Money to 60 Lucky Winners

The Development Lotteries Board (DLB) awarded cheques to 60 lucky winners on 17th July 2026 at a special ceremony held at the Development Lotteries Board premises under the patronage of Mr. Anura Jayaratne, General Manager of the Development Lotteries Board, with the participation of the senior management team.

During the ceremony, motorcycles valued at Rs. 650,000/- each were presented to two winners of the Kapruka "Bakmaha Wasi" Special Lottery. Cheques were also awarded to the winner of the Supiri Dhana Sampatha jackpot worth Rs. 29,564,061/-, three winners of the Lagna Wasana jackpots worth Rs. 6,587,476/-, Rs. 4,478,085/-, and Rs. 3,336,804/-, respectively, and three winners of the Supiri Dhana Sampatha lottery who won Rs. 2.5 million each.

Furthermore, cheques were presented to 24 winners of Rs. 2 million prizes. In addition, 27 winners of the Lagna Wasana lottery received Rs. 1 million each.

In total, the Development Lotteries Board distributed Rs. 127,766,427/- (Rs. 127.77 million) in prize money among 60 lucky winners from across the island.
