Development Lotteries Board
Another phase of the programme launched Island wide to provide tricycles nearly to 500 differently abled sales assistants, who are making their livelihood joining with Development Lotteries Board, has been completed on 16 and 17 July.
Accordingly 09 differently abled Sales Assistants were granted tricycles in Ampara and Trincomalee districts in Eastern Province.
The event at Ampara district was held on 16 July at Mandala Maha Vihara , Ampara and Mr. M.A. Chaminda Sugath, Mayor of Municipal Council, Ampara has also participated in the occasion.
The event at Trincomalee district was held on 17 July at Trincomalee town and Hon. Shan Vijelal, Governor of Eastern Province has also participated in the occasion.
Further this event was elaborated with the participation of Mr. Sena Suriyapperuma, Chairman of DLB, Mr. Sunil Jayarathna, Assistant General Manager (Sales), Mr. I.D.P.Kumarasiri, Marketing Officer and other guests.
