Invitation to Bids for Designing, Developing, Printing and Supplying of Jaya Sampatha Draw Lottery Ticket for the Period of 05 months

The Minor Procurement Committee, on behalf of the Development Lotteries Board, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified local bidders for the designing, developing, printing and supplying of a Jaya Sampatha draw lottery ticket for the period of five (05) months. To be eligible, bidders must meet the minimum requirements specified in the eligibility criteria of the bidding document. In addition, bidders must be registered companies in the field of variable data printing and must not be blacklisted, nor have any blacklisting proceedings pending, under the procurement guidelines of the procurement entity.
