Development Lotteries Board
DLB witnessed the moment on 24.01.2020, where the cheques were awarded to the winners at the auditorium, who won awards of more than million rupees each, out of the winners presented by DLB during previous two months.
At this occasion the winning cheque for the super jackpot of Rs. 4,306,388 of 2741st draw of Lagna Wasana was awarded to Mr. H.J.P.Ranasingha from Badalgama. In the meantime a certificate and a cheque were awarded to Mr. H.K.J.De Silva, Sales Agent of Dunagaha.
At the same event, Mrs. M.R.Siththi from Colombo 08, who was the winner of the super jackpot of Rs. 2,000,000 of the 2717th draw of Lagna Wasana lottery, was also awarded the cheque. In the meantime a certificate and a cheque were awarded to Mr. L.M.S.Priyantha, Sales Agent of Dikwella, who sold the winning cheque.
Further cheques were awarded to another 28 winners, who won cash awards of Rs one million from Ada Kotipathi, Shanida Wasana, Super Ball, Kotipathi Kapruka, and Jayado of DLB.
This occasion was graced by Mr. Chanaka Dodangoda, Deputy General Manager (Marketing), Mr. Sunil Jayarathna, Assistant General Manager and other dignitaries.
The Kandy and Matale districts' sales agent meeting, which is part of the Development Lotteries Board's 'Sanwardana Abhiman' program to encourage and motivate the Island's sales network, was held successfully at Katugastota Mahaveli Reach Hotel on January 29, 2022.
