The Development Lotteries Board which is renewed day by day...

A meeting was held to discuss about the distribution of lottery tickets of the Development Lotteries by train. Minister of Highways and Mass Media Dr. Bandula Gunawardena and officials of the Railway Department have participated in the discussion and agreed to enter into a unique memorandum of understanding.

The Hon'ble Minister further said that the Sri Lanka Railway Department and the Development Lotteries Board, which are two government institutions, will benefit from this and since the Railway Department has the ability to transport goods covering most of the areas in the country, they will work to enter into similar agreements with other parties for the transport of goods in the future.

The Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of the Development Lotteries Board Mr. Ajith Gunaratne Naragala, General Manager Mr. Anura Jayarathne, and Assistant General Manager (Admin/HR) Mr. Prasad Ranasinghe have participated to represent the Development Lotteries Board.
