On 20.08.2024, a new lottery sales counter was officially opened to drive the sales of the Development Lotteries Board and generate new job opportunities. Mr. Ajith Gunaratne Naragala, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Development Lotteries Board presided over the opening ceremony. The sales counter at Malwatta Road, Colombo Pettah, was entrusted to Mrs. U. Kanti Srirani, the Colombo District Sales Representative.
