This special lottery was launched under the leadership of Mr.M.R.Hemantha Swarnathilake, Honorary Chairman and CEO of the Development Lotteries Board. The event occurred at the board's head office and was attended by management, including Mr. Anura Jayaratne, General Manager of the Development Lotteries Board.
