President's Fund Commends the Mission of the Development Lotteries Board

The Development Lotteries Board (DLB), the sole financial contributor to the President's Fund, was commended and highly praised at the Presidential Secretariat on September 29, 2025, for its exceptional financial contribution during the year

In appreciation of this achievement, the Presidential Secretary, Dr. N.S. Kumanayake, presented a commemorative plaque to the Honorable Chairman of the DLB. This gesture acknowledged the exceptional service and guidance of the current Chairman/CEO, Attorney-at-Law Mr. Hemantha Swarnathilake, as well as the dedicated contributions of the senior management and the entire staff.
