DLB Awards Rs. 88.57 Million to 48 Lucky Winners

The Development Lotteries Board (DLB) awarded cheques to 48 lucky winners at a special ceremony held on 29th December 2025, under the patronage of Mr. Anura Jayaratne, General Manager of the Development Lotteries Board, with the participation of the DLB management team.

During the ceremony, cheques were presented to winners of several major jackpot prizes. These included the Kapruka Super Jackpot valued at Rs. 10,000,000/- and the Lagna Wasanawa Super Jackpot amounting to Rs. 3,573,176/-. In addition, four lucky winners of the Super Dhana Sampatha Lottery each received Rs. 2.5 million.

Furthermore, 23 winners were awarded Rs. 2 million each, while 19 winners received Rs. 1 million each, recognizing their remarkable fortune across multiple lottery draws.

In total, the Development Lotteries Board distributed Rs. 88,573,176/- in prize money among 48 winners from across the island
