DLB presents cheques to 53 lottery Winners - 19th December 2025

The Development Lotteries Board (DLB) awarded prize cheques to 53 lucky winners at a special ceremony held on 19th December 2025. The event was conducted under the patronage of Mr. Anura Jayaratne, General Manager of the Development Lotteries Board, with the participation of the DLB management team.

During the ceremony, cheques were presented to winners of several major jackpots, including Lagna Wasanawa Super Jackpots valued at Rs. 8,008,297, Rs. 6,454,600, Rs. 3,624,117, and Rs. 3,000,000 respectively. In addition, a cheque worth Rs. 2.5 million was awarded to the winner of the Super Dhana Sampatha lottery.

Furthermore, 32 winners received prizes of Rs. 2 million each, while 16 winners were awarded Rs. 1 million each.

In total, the Development Lotteries Board distributed Rs. 103,587,016 in prize money among 53 winners from across the island, reaffirming its commitment to rewarding lottery participants and contributing to national development.
